IHan Cheng · Product Builder

Hi! I assume you're here
to check out my work.

Let's go straight to it.

Prototypes

Because I believe showing is more effective than telling.

Forecast Redesign

I took over this product after V1 saw low adoption. People didn't trust it enough to use it. Interviews showed why: a single unexplained number with no context behind it. So I built this prototype to show what trustworthy forecasting could look like, and used it to get design, engineering, and data science aligned on the vision.

Kiosk Experience

Our team was asking a partner to change the kiosk experience, but they weren't getting it. So I spent an hour building this prototype to show them instead. It clicked immediately and saved us a few rounds of follow-up meetings.

Personal projects

Because building is fun!

Rush Hour

I got my son the Rush Hour traffic jam logic game. After he finished all 40 puzzles, he wanted more. I found a puzzle database on GitHub and had Claude build this.

Find Radicals

Inspired by Pips, the New York Times' puzzle game, I built this to help my son recognize radicals within a character.

Hanzi Adventure

I was looking for games to help my son learn Chinese characters, but found most "learning" games were more game than learning. So I built a few simple games where he can have fun, without being addictive.

About me

I'm glad you're still here 😉. I love solving complex problems, orchestrating different systems, and noticing what others overlook.
I always have a point of view, and I'm always happy to have it changed.
